The Veranda at North Main Pet Policy

  • Cats and Dogs Welcome 
  • Maximum of Two Pets Per Apartment Home 
  • One-Time Pet Fee: $300 for one pet, $600 for two pets 
  • Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per pet 
  • Maximum Weight: 25 Pounds Per Pet 
  • Large Breeds Not Permitted 
  • Aggressive Breeds Not Permitted 

A maximum of two pets are permitted per apartment home. Cats and dogs are welcome with a one-time pet fee of $300 for one pet or $600 for two pets. Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. Pets must weigh 25 pounds or less. Aggressive breeds and large breeds are not permitted.
